Looks like the bike was droped at some point in their possession. The bike was in mint condition when I had it. Hard to beleive there is absolutely NO other damage to the bike though. Kind of sucks, but really hard to complain about considering the circumstances and outcome.

I am still in shock the guy/friend actually admitted that he had them in the attic and walked out with my plastics with the officer there. That alone pretty much killed this guys chance of getting off.

I owe a HUGE thanks to HSCO for all their involvment in my case. I just had to stake this guys house out a bit for them to pursue it further. No big deal and everything worked out.

Sweet...I plan on getting that soon! I take it you removed the governor of 145mph with the Predator. I have gotten mine up to 140mph and couldn't believe how stable the car felt...almost felt like I was just cruizing at 80 or so.

Since you got the bike and the plastics back I guess its time for a custom paint job. Maybe even some kind of GPS theft system. You owe it to your bike.
