I didn't change my tag... it's still where its at in the pics... If I get another one of these lame tickets I intend to try and "fail" again...
This time I will go into court with proof their statute does not apply to bike tags and can't be read from 100ft away, armed with an eye test chart.
If that still doesn't get me off... I will try to get that published as well... maybe even on TV.
I may fail... but It won't be for lack of cojones to do what others haven't

have you ever heard the def of crazy? meaning doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different resulets.(damn, I can't spell resulets today. wtf? must be to many paint fumes from work lol)
and even if you win... you will prob just screw us all because they will never change the law to real closer, then will just make the tags bigger. so you'll have to have some car sized shit on your bike.
all so you can get your right up online for other bikers to read(your 2 mins of fame). that's pretty messed up man.
