Rider Down - RIP - TPD Master Patrol Officer Victor Guerrero

Tampa cop killed in crash leaves behind wife, six kids

TAMPA (Bay News 9) -- The Tampa Police Department lost a 20-year veteran in a motorcycle accident Thursday afternoon.
Master Patrol Officer Victor Guerrero was killed while riding his motorcycle on Highway 41 approximately one mile north of State Road 52 in Pasco County.
Guerrero was airlifted to St. Joseph Hospital where he died from his injuries a short time later.
He leaves behind a wife and six children.
Guerrero was a patrol officer in District 3.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
