These people claim responsibility for their own actions? RIGHT! 
Its all the 'cagers' faults for not letting them treat public fucking roads like a racetrack!
For the record, I've been cut off and pulled out in front of numerous times on my biek both with and without a passenger. I've always been able to stop before I hit the car. Sometimes it was a little difficult to do so, sometimes I had to swerve, but I've never wrecked. I wonder what I do that the rest of you don't that I can bring a big, hulking cruiser with shitty brakes to a safe stop in time.

That's it then... on your top speed runs, we must be sure to be towing a 300lb fat bitch... then we'd be easily seen & in the very least the wind resistance should stop you in time from 170mph.

that law will never pass. but if they did they would have too change the laws 4 cars too. u can get a DUI in a car and get ur lisense back in like a year but go too fast or anything on a bike and u go too jail and get ur bike and license taken away? bull
