and man you dont get this, the cop was in the wrong doing!!! IT DOESNT MATTER IF HE RAN THE COP SHOULD NOOOOOT OF HIT THE BIKER, he could of looked like he was making a road block but making it a moving road block is something a fucking idiot would do, i mean look even the other fucking cop said something and knew that his decision was bad. for 1 second thats all i ask is 1 second get your mind set out of this oh ima be a cop so i gotta defend cops and fucking realize that yes the biker was in the wrong but so was the fucking cop. there are a lot of chases that happen on motorcycles but you dont see any of those chases a cop taking out a bike and its PASSENGER for running a fucking red light.

Not sure what all the arguing is about because I think everyone agrees.

1) The rider should be behind bars for felony fleeing to evade.
2) The cop should be behind bars for attempted murder.
3) The passenger should sue both for trying to kill her.

The only victim here is the passenger, the rider and the cop both made bad decisions. The only difference is the cop should know better since he is supposed to be a trained professional while the idiot that ran is just a plain dumb ass. So fuck the rider, fuck the cop, and best wishes to the passenger for a speedy recovery.

dam i made the first post on this thread 2 days ago....just checked it now and holy crap this turned into a big argument.....yes the guy ran it was wronge but arnt cops the ones that are supost to set the example weather we are right or wronge....i think thats the biggest point of this argument.....i personaly think that was beyond excessive force unless he and his passenger were involved with somthing lik armed robboy and killed someone....other wise he should have used his judgement and just call it off so no one gets killed....i dont hate hate cops just think there are cool cops and dickhead cops, cops are supost to look out for everyones safty, pedestrians, fleeing suspects, you , me everyone right??? just my 2 cents...

ok heres how i see it.
it looked like the cop was trying to make a road block and when he seen the biker coming at his door at 150mph the cop tried to move/pull forward so he wasnt hit and at the sametime the bike was going to swerve around the cop in the same direction and thats how the biker and the cop collied

Yeah, i agree somewhat with this. I do not think the cop really wanted to have a bike slam into his door going that fast, and did not think very clearly about just how fast the bike could have been going. he was prolly thinking like he ushually does, where there chasing some peice of shit car that cant hit 90 before they get to that street, all of a sudden he pulls out and see's the bike and is like "holy fucking shit, if he hits my door, im dead"

So yeah, i can see the po trying to move now.
