^i never said the cop wasent wrong, he was BUT it wouldent of happened if the guy didnt run, and if he didnt do anything wrong, y would he of ran?

 

^yes but if the cop made the right decision which he didnt there might of been no injury of the biker and the passenger. theres a lot of shit that you do that makes other things happen and yes he ran that was wrong but getting fucking t boned by a car while your on a bike should have put that cop behind bars... you can say all you want about these "if, and's and but's" but the cops actions were not right and it was not all the bikers fault

In my oppinion, i would never just streight up run like that with a passenger. thats just dumb. Now if i happen to be going very fast with passenger, and just keep going, then pull off and park somewhere, so be it. but to just blatenly run in your face like that with a passenger is fucking retarded. Now had he been solo, and a good rider, the outcome of that chase would have been alot diffrent.

 

but a good judgement would of called the chase off there was no reason to chase someone for "running" a red light. it takes 2 to tango and the cops action to this tango were stupid and uncalled for.

^and yes the rider was an idiot for running with a passenger on it but the cops decision to take them out was wrong esp with the passenger on it.

well in this case, it was 4 to tango, the two on the bike, and the two cops lives where ALL at risk, #1 because the guy on the bike ran, and #2 more importantly, because the asshole cop chose to chase someone with a fucking passenger, if i where the cop i would have called it off without even thinking about it, there is a passenger on board that could be killed because i choose to chase ... fuck that. the possible collateral damage is to righ a risk.

 

ya indeed at that point, why chase with a passenger on why dont you just tie a rope around their neck while you can

its not all the bikers actions that caused this yes people make stupid and dumb decisions but its the cops fault for having a moving road block...even when they set up road blocks they leave a passage way

 

man, u dont get this..... if he would of just stopped, then he would of been alrite, and goten a ticket, he could of faught, and he and the passanger wouldnt be in the hospital!
