Default Citrus County Ticket...

Have any of you guys ever faught a ticket in Citrus County. 7 of us got pulled in Ozello this weekend and it's complete BS. I'm just wondering how the courts treat sportbikers up there cause I'm pretty sure I'm going to fight it.

7 of us were cruising down the road when a leo pulls across the road in front of us to block us off. We were all in our lane and all spread out by a good distance, leo was behind bushes before he cut us off. I was the 3rd or 4th bike back. He wrote all of us for 71 in a 45, then marked out 71 and dropped it down to 66. He Also checked the "aggressive driving" box on the ticket. I'm definately fighting, I wasn't doing 71 or 66 and there's no way he clocked me.

Thanks for the number, I'm planning on calling some of the lawyers from the sticky over the next couple days to see what they think and cost. I might just fight it on my own though.

Sat or Sun? What time did this happen...

We were there till about 1pm on Sunday. I was at the gas station and saw a LEO go in Ozello Trail right as we were leaving.

That was probably the one, we were on our way out. Crappy thing is a group of sportbikes passed us coming the other direction right before we were bocked in and did nothing to let us know we were about to run into a cop

Damn thats pretty shitty. I always warn people. Even if I'm in my cage. If your driver licence is clean (no tickets at all) you could just plea no contest and get the points dropped. If not, the laywer way is the best route to go.

Nice sig btw.
