So a buddy and myself decided to take out bikes out last night to Quaker Steak. It was awesome, really glad we went. Had a great time, good food, good people. I've got a CBR and Jon has a Gixxer 1000. Lets just say we were both thrilled the place wasn't filled with Jons bike as we were expecting. lol. BTW, new Gixxers, sexy shit. Though I still loves me some Honda.

Well, i'd say the bike count was probably 200, maybe more. However, I'd say the helmet count was probably 100. The jacket count - maybe 50. My personal favorite is the icon chest protector with shorts. Nice. Meanwhile, I'm walking around with icon kneepads on under my kevlar jeans, holdin my jacket and gloves, getting pissed I'm holding so much shit. lol. What's the deal? My best image of the evening was a guy on a busa with a jacket and no helmit. I wonder if he had himself some delicious chicken strips for dinner......

 

Yeah, Florida is full of squids, get used to it, I know Anywhere I ride im in full gear! even in 100 degree weather!

 

i cant afford a jacket lol. ive got my helmet which i always wear, and some jeans/boots usually. i need to save for a while and get some gloves and a jacket.

 

I was there last night too, any bike night is basically a squid magnet and they figure if they are just riding out to a parking lot then they are invincible for the evening from anything happening to them while on tehre bikes. ie: no helmets, gloves, boots, pants jackets ECT.

i'm not gonna lie when I go out to qsl I usually dont take my jacket, unless we have plans to go out for a real ride then I will, but I always have my gloves and helmet no matter what

 

When I ride out there I where leather jacket, gloves, and helmet as well as boots...When I go for a ride I where full leathers...Regardless of how hot it is, just ask Brandon how hot it was the other day...

 

there was probablly closer to 600 or more bikes out there last night.

i was out there... i was wearing my whitey tighties and that was it... no gear and just some plan ol undies on FTW!

 

it was too hot to wear my jacket last nite. it was so hot i had some major swamp ass and had an ass print on my pants from the sweat lol. when i go on a serious ride i def wear the gear. but on hot nites like last nite where im just riding to qsl a helmet and gloves do just fine.
