Mods for a Ninja 500R
So im new to the bike world, After taking my MSF class and getting my Endorsement, I purchased a Ninja 500r. Love the bike. Just about to get my 600 mile service and im beginning to wonder about some possible mods. Already looked into exhaust. If there is anything else out there let me know (for appearance or mechanical) Thx!
I personally would not try to exploit the bike for much more power.
However, there are a few things I would likely do:
* HID Headlights
* Steel Braided brake lines
* Frame Sliders
* and possibly a header with a little throat to it
Great bike and welcome to the world of two wheels.

One of the consequences of such notions as "entitlements" is that people who have contributed nothing to society feel that society owes them something, apparently just for being nice enough to grace us with their presence.”

I have Helmet, Gloves and a jacket that i wear at all times! But was wondering about some boot/shoes and maybe some pants for when i want to start taking some turns at a little higher speed. Any Suggestions?
id go for textile gear, some quality jeans and lugs, makes for a good personal riding gear, and doesnt get too hot, that FL heat KILLS. make sure you drink water before you ride, you do NOT want to get de-hydrated while your riding. but other than that welcome, safe riding.
