Dewd after all the shit you talked, a tie against a chick on a slower bike to your mighty R1 is straight up pwnage... Regardless of how you look at it. IIRC you were touting yourself to be very experienced...
So much for that... all of the sudden now its possible that you have quite a bit more to learn from experienced riders???
I bet Donna will better 1:34's on your bike.

after watching the guys at jennings i definately needed to get my ass off more and that i did.

next track day i should be doin a heck of a lot better then 1:34's. ive been doin the north run every sunday workin on my body position, i definitely can take them faster then i ever did before now.

you might do a 1:33, First thing is to work on the race line, no matter how much throttle you have in that R1 you aint quick unless you are on the race line,
and dont give me the B/S that you know the race line, you have been there 1 time and who knows when you will go back so you might have to learn it all over again,
I dont care how quick you are, if your not consistent and on the race line, you're not safe (for yourself or others around you) and I personally will slow you down to work on the fundamentals before you go twisting the throttle too much
second, you need to work on body position, you dont have to try to break the lap record to work on skills, you are better off backing off the throttle a lil while you work on the skills until you are comfortable to go faster
right now you should be able to run around Jennings in 1 gear, maybe upshifting down the straights, but
Third, you need to work on shift points, knowing when and where to shift will also help out on lap times (finding referance points on the track will help this)
fourth, sooner or later you will have to start braking, right now you shouldnt be on the breaks that much, learning reference point will also help with this,
sometimes you have to go slow to go fast, maybe one day you will learn what that means
and I aint trying to cut on you, just trying to help you (I am a control rider @ Jennings, just incase you didnt know)

need tires (take offs)? PM me
need a deal on a track day? PM me
disclaimer: I sell used tires (take-offs), these tires have been used at Jennings, Homestead, etc. (road courses for those that dont know) therefor these tires are more used up on the sides than in the middle,

I agree but disagree,
the <n> run will not make you faster @ the track, there is no comparison but working on body position can be done anywhere
