In the very least take him to small claims court and make sure he is charged with the violations he committed.

Well things are in the works, still waiting to recieve phone calls back etc, and i have a meeting with an "investigator" for the attorney that i spoke with today, and i added up over 2k in parts for the bike, Oh and crawling around and in and under cars all day with road rash is NOT fun...

Update: Attorney is a waste of my time, they want me to see their dr, and sign a contract making me responcible for any medical bills, reguardless if they get any money or not, so i told them no thanks. Now i have to go to brooksville and get a copy of the police report if i want to try anything else, or im just screwed. I called the guy and he told me he got a ticket or 2, but refused to give me any insurance info, and hung up.

So i just ordered about 900 dollars in parts to get it driveable again, not including any farings.....
