Thanks guys, im glad im ok too.
My hand is fine, the glove just ripped, was wierd.
The helment is scratched in a few places, as well as the face shield, nothing too major, luckily.
Vtwingrin, i was wondering if anyone that passed was on the forums, no reason for everyone to stop and cause a bigger scene esp since the police was there etc.
Now i just need to find some parts!

passing on Double yellow is wreckless driving. Leaving the scene of an accident is another major violation... get a lawyer, gather all your witnesses and take that guys ins. to the cleaners...

Yea i agree, only problem is that he had no insurance on file, i have his name and address, and apparently the trooper was going to his house when he left, but i do not know what ever came of it, and all i have is a Printout of driver exchange of info that has his name, and address, as well as all my info, and the people who stoped. So at this point i dont know if he even has insurance, and i do not have a direct contact number for the trooper. So im kinda lost as what to do at this point.
