Default my bikes progress painting/UPDATED/COMPLETE

I have never painted anything in my life so it is taking sometime.I have removed all fairing/gas tank. found alot of cracks I had to fix.I then used icing 3 times to smooth everything out.Washed everything.applied 5 layers of primer and wetsanded it down.Cleaned it now I'm on painting.5 coats of paint and applied 4 coats of clear.I have 4 pieces painted/cleared. Now I have to wetsand the clearcoat to get the orange peel out. Here are some pics . Last pics are cloudy for the wetsanding.I have done this all by myself with my g/f help. Eb paint has given me alot of tips.Good people.I have to go see him tommorow to ask how to buff it now lol duh.I'll have more pics up soon and hope to get her done by next weekend. That is if my new custom made lights get done in time

wow! For a first timer you are doing better than I would and I've painted before. I think the number of coats you put on is a little excessive but it definitely wont hurt.

BTW: If that is your g/f sitting there sanding the tail on your bike in her PJ's late at night YOU BETTER KEEP HER AROUND! If not I'll take her! LOL
