Maybe i wrote it wrong or maybe you all are not understanding... that he didnt even buy this bike a year ago and its already got this many problems..?? and maybe it is the rider or maybe it isnt but, isnt this a supersport which should be able to take some sort of a beaten? who the hell babies their bike all the time? Drew you needa take a damn chill pill and stop getting all worked up, because you say im giving your shop a bad name, more or less its the bike rather than the shop. but i do have some iffy's about your shop...those are my words not tommy's.... and what just because you work there im not allowed to speak my mind?? i dont care who works where and what everyone does there; whatever if you have bad service somewhere your suppose to talk about it and fore-warn people... thats what you do about restaurants, if you have bad food or service at a restaurants are you just going to keep to yourself until someone else goes there and says something, and than you just agree with them??no you warn them...which in this case its your shop/bike company. so i spoke up
now if you wanna talk we'll talk in pm's...

Dude i rode his bike yesturday down to the dealer, and we switched right b4 we got there. I really didnt notice the clutch slip that much but it was a bit. But he has had alot of problems with that bike. It could be the rider but it could be the bike aswell. I dunno.

Maybe I did take it the wrong way, but he really hasnt had that many problems with his bike.
"Problems" that you talk of would be the same with any bike that isnt taken care of right. You havnt describe anything the the dealership has done wrong. Its just bad mouthing.
When you describe a "Problem" you also have to describe on the way it was handled. In my eyes the dealership hasnt done anything wrong to him and yet you come on here and talk bad about it. Next time you talk about bad jobs tell both side. How it was handle. Not just dont buy one cause my buddys had an issue!
What have we done that is bad in your eyes? Not warrenty something that nobodys warrentys. Tell him that the problem comes from the way the bike was driven. You havnt done any of that just that the bike has had "Problems"
Your telling me not to get upset but your bad mouthing something that pays for the food that I feed my daughter with! I would be the first one to say "Hey we need to get these problems fixed" but in this case there isnt "Problems". He just needs to ride and take care of his bike better. Thats all of my .02!

What's wrong with the brakes? changing pads isn't going to fly under any warranty...
What's wrong with the throttle bodies? What is the dealer not covering under warranty?
What's wrong with the clutch? slipping? 7k miles??? Wont be covered under warranty either, and considering the way these things are ridden by chicken strip specialists, id be thinking its a user problem... I seen idiots due it to Kawis, Yamahas, etc, etc...
Overheating??? Fixed???? what was the problem?
Not starting??? Fixed???? what was the problem?
Drew, get your ars back on that chair... you telling me I don't qualify for an employee discount? I am employed you know!

I don't know about drews shop i have never been there but i do have a triumph daytona 600. All i have to say is that Triumph doesn't cover anything under warrenty and it is not the shops fault, but they are not going to pay for soemthing for you. I had to replace the clutch in my daytonan only after 545 miles on it. Now that is crap and triumph would do anything about it, even after the tech at the shop i bouhgt it from said that the clutch plat was stuck to the other plates, at no fault of my own. So i had to come out of pocket to fix a bike that i bought a month prior and had less than 600 miles on it. Now that is a issue, but if you have 7,000 miles on a bike and the clutch is going then more than likely it is the rides fault. Not pointing fingers but that is what it sounds like. Also the dealer's hands are tied if Triumph doesn't want to pay for it. my .02 cents
