I'm pretty sure you'd have to put a battery charger on it or jump it from another vehicle.

Jump start, run it for a while and it will charge itself or battery charger works...

...your battery died from sitting with the lights on for 15 minutes?

i doubt your headlights killed it after 15min. sure, the batteries are tiny as hell, but they should atleast last an hour or so.

you can't push start a fuel injected bike with a dead battery. If the battery drops below 12.5 volts, the injection system will not work forcing you to charge the battery.

usually if you can get the guages to register you can push start.

BTW: you said it fired right up after going back. When you first pulled in the garage you said you put the kickstand down and it shut the bike off meaning you were in gear. Now when you tried to start it it was still in gear and obviously would not juice the starter. Was that your problem?
