ok a little update on my racing on the highway---
Ty Trainer, 602 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL - (813)229-1912
the actual atty is Ryan Sawdy - is calling me back later today, but said $1500, I just want to verify.

Told me $500 and would call me back when my cause file showed up on the system. That was a week ago.

Super cool. She had a retainer of $1000 said she would work on payments but honestly seemed to want to help more than just make money.

Ticket Clinic.com sucks. I got the worst penalty possible for my ticket, and the lawyer went to court. I should have just gone myself and saved mmyself some money.

i just saw lopez yesterday. i wrecked in NPR fri (3.20.09) south bound us19 just south of main. in front of slim and chubbies. got a ticket for careless driving and a ticket for not having my mc endorsement, which i have to go to court for in pasco county. $700. he said he should get the careless driving dropped and for me to get my endorsement before the hearing date. i didn't know you were charged a misdemenor for not having it. what a way to find out!!

I used Anthony Cruz on my case. Got pulled over on my gsxr1000 for going 184 on gandy with a bunch of other bikes. Didnt give me a ticket for speeding because they were going to call it racing but they forgot that ticket. I ran unknowning of the helicopter above me. Finally gave up being i had no gas. Fleeing to Elude. Unregistered Motor Vehicle. Improper Tag Mounted. DWSL W/ Knowledge. No proof on insurance. And I think one more but I forget, he got all the tickets dropped no points no costs except the fleeing to elude was actual felony court. Then we went to court for that he got it reduced to a misdemeanor running on foot so it was like no vehicles involved therefore saved my license and a felony charge, So I got off with 1yr probation got off in 6months and 25 or 40hrs or something community service which was taken care of. I just got a call from Anthony Cruz about a ticket I had him take care of for me. He cost $100, and he got me out of the points and the $266 ticket. I was tagged with laser doing 63mph in a 40mph. At the time I had two very recent speeding tickets.
I went with him because he was the only one that took the time to talk to me for 15 or so minutes and let me know what he planned on doing and my chances of success. The other lawyers that are recommended on TR didn't do this for me. All the other firms had secretary's who would only tell me to send them a check and a copy of the ticket.
Anthony produced great results and customer service. I highly recommend him to anybody in need of a traffic lawyer.

Ty Trayner is who I went to when I had a mandatory court date and a speeding ticket for going 87 mph in a 50 zone ( btw this was in a car) .... i was lucky i didnt get arrested on the spot. I took the ticket there paid $150 and i didnt have to go to court and i didnt have to pay the ticket or get the point. Hes better then Lopez in my book, and i have been to both!

Total, the cases cost me about $900 and 1 court room appearance. If I hadn't hired Anthony, the cost would've been $403+raised insurance rates+points+whatever suspended license would've cost me+cost of possibly multiple courtroom appearance (each ticket had it's own courtroom appearance).
Anthony was very friendly and told me in layman's terms of everything we will do. We meet up at his office and went over every option and he kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my cases. He was very easy going and professional. I would definitely use him again if I have future mix up with the law.
