i am pretty sure he has already taken the msf course. it was just a gut reaction to push his foot down in shock and unfortunately his damn foot was resting on the rear brake.

thats usually the case. most of the time it isn't even the biker's fault. most of the time it is some old lady type of driver that doesn't pay attention to what is going on. in their own little world where the road is paved in gold, and their farts smell like chocolates and roses.

Basically. Yes I have taken the msf course and they do teach you about the brake, and I am aware of the braking power of the front..But like zac said my foot was resting on it and it was just like a reflex , like when the doctors hits your knee and you can't control you leg

you know you can brake with the front while the back is locked up right?, as long as you keep the rear locked, you're good to go- for future reference of course
