Got a Flat while going 97 MPH today
Well when you ride in the fast lane everyone is doing anywhere from 85 to 90 mph, at least around here on this stretch of I4 I was riding on, if you try and run the speed limit you will get run over, so 97 mph was my speed simply cause I always tend to ride slightly faster than the flow of traffic, its safer to me to be the one passing rather than getting passed.

+1
I totally agree with that.

Does it affect you that much that some random guy 1500 miles away went and paid his own money for a 1000?
Do we really have to fight over who uses the back brake or not?
Do you have to argue over stupid pointless shit on the Internet?

Im getting all new gear for xmas, and I do know we should always wear our gear, which I usually do 99% of the time, this was just that 1% time that I wasnt wearing it and something that doesnt happen too often (getting a flat) did happen and could have turned bad real quick
Yeah I wasnt sure if you rode geared up.
You did get lucky.Im so use to wearing my jacket,I feel nakkied with out it if I ride.
People would look at me mid summer with my jacket, helmet and gloves and and tell me its to hot to wear that. Its not cold..
Some people you have to explain to them what the gear is for.
I have a friend who is going to learn the hard way.No matter what I tell him he dont listen for shit and I rag his ass about it hoping he willget some fuckin sense.Just recelty I keep telling him to wear his gloves while riding. He telsl me its not cold enough and the gloves dont feel right.
Well you got to wear them to brake the bitches in.The weather im sure feels the same when you are sliding on asphalt going 60mph+
I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.

since we are on the subject......had my bike for, i say, 8 months, all ready had 4 flats within that time period. On my 3rd rear tire, one of the two, I recieved store credit since I only had like 10 miles before I cameback to get it fix and wasn't fixable,
where the hell do you ride a construction zone? LOL
