Rider down...me
no kidding!
I'm not sure exactly how to find out if there are camera's there, but i doubt it, its a pretty small intersection, but people do ALWAYS run that light! i just forgot to check that night:-/.
I'm callin a lawyer tomorrow morning.
I don't think i can file a claim without a witness can i?!
Oh yea, i just checked out my bike...since i was turning left, i was leaned over about 45* and when she hit me, i guess it just tipped the rest of the way down and slid so the only damage was to my brand new vortex peg, frame slider, bar end, clutch lever, and a few scratches on my rear fairing...overall, i was suprised to see such little damage for have been going 30-40mph!

I am a Liability adjuster for GEICO. I deal with PIP claims and Liability disputes every day. I would make sure to hit up on the points of impact. Who was in the intersection first? Regardless of what color the light is Fla Statutes 316.121 through 316.123 are going to help you out. Read up on them. Lay the crash out. Where were you and where was she at impact? Who had control of the intersection? Sometimes no witnesses are good, they fuck shit up half the time anyway. Police reports are good for toilet paper, even if you get cited doesn't mean your at fault. Let me know if I can help.

Well my case is now in the very capable hands of Beltz and Ruth lawfirm. Just thought i'd post up some pics of it...not too bad considering i was doing 30 and got t-boned/sideswiped/rear ended by someone doing probably 40.

Could have been a lot worse...the gear saved my hands and head and everything...i wouldn't call it luck, its just sensible to wear protective gear. The bike isn't too bad, you can see the red paint on the right side where her car hit me, and the left side just slid and mainly the slider and my BRAND NEW vortex rear set ground down and protected everything.
