ZX-14 wih pipe and power commander tops 200 mph @ Maxton....

cant wait to see Suzuki answer...i just love the manufacturers battling over king of HP, Speed and Performance...its just great for us consumers

i still think its the ugliest thing on 2 wheels, i love kawis but the zx14 is garbage, they should bring back the zx12

garbage that will run 200 mph for $1500 is aftermarket parts and services...

The bike had less than £1000 of modifications limited to an exhaust, fuel-injection mapping plus a few other mods.


straight out of the article, "few other mods" to break 200mph.

so i'm doubting that it cost $1500.....

my gsxr 1000 will crack 200mph with a few mods, DEFINATELY under 1000 dollars.

sprocket the beast and toss the bottle on her...game over.

sorry....all motor only!!! dont think your Gix will hit 200 for under a grand without that nitros, previous 1k cc all motor record holder (which WAS a suzuki) had 8000 worth of motor work and mods...he went just over 200...

by the way...all motor 1000cc Maxton mile new record holder (set in October) was on a Kawasaki... florida boys even!!!!

i dont have one, but yea its not about how you get there...its about that you got there. 200mph is 200mph.
