checked the fuses yet? kinda sounds like you have a bad ground on your tail lights. not sure if the tail lights and the head light would have anything to do with each other thought

fuses look good i checked the bike over and didnt notice anything outa place

left headlight works fine reg/brights

but would that make 1 light work good and the other not?

does your horn work?

if your switch broke in the low beam setting it wouldn't be switching back and forth from low to high. when you put the switch on high beam does the blue light on the gauge cluster turn on?

yes the blue light on the cluster does work .
horn doesnt work

hmmmm looking at the wiring diagram for your bike it appears the head light/switch/horn/tailight/ rear turn signals are all kinda linked.

are your front signal working fine?

Check for current(amperage) and please break into the circuit, don't blow any fuses.....
