r1 vs busa
ive got a stock 06 r1. havent really raced her most of my buddies drive 600's. but what do you think the outcome of this race would be between the busa and i? i think it'd be close

im 155 its stock vs stock. and most busa riders are chunky from what ive seen so im going to go with busa rider weighing at 185!

from a dig or a high roll my money is on the busa. from 45-135 i'll take the R1
R1s are great looking bike but stock they need much loving. the first gear is tall, and the factory power curve has more ups and downs then montu at bush gardens. I like the R1 enough that i will be buying one really soon.

well i was watching this video and this guy on his stock 04 r1 was saying he beat busa's and i was like wtf???! i want to beat one too!

Hands down a 'Busa would smoke you as long as it has a good pilot for a drag race. I don't care if it is from a stop or a pussy roll. If you are going to go from a roll please go against an unristrickted 'Busa so when he blows by you at over 200m.p.h you can see a real drag bike in motion. As shown in this video here:

Now if you are talking about circuit type racing please R1 hands down. 'Busas are good for what they are but an R1 is a full sports bike and is designed for manuverability. If you take that vs. the sports touring Hyabusa the 'Busa is going to lose big time.
