I talked to a cop about how they chase bikes. He said their policy is to back off and give them room. They won't chase them hard, but they will try to keep sight of them. He they will most likely wreck all by themselves and that's when they get them. I asked him what he thought about the whole cop-car-used-as-a-road-block-to-stop-a-speeding-bike thing and he said it sounded very dangerous both for the officer and especially for the rider. He said it sounded like the officer either wasn't paying any attention, or did it intentionally, either one would a bad thing for the police department.

 

What a POS that cop is . "HE HAS ALSO BEEN ORDERED TO PAY SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS TO COVER THE DAMAGE TO THE DEPUTY'S CRUISER. " and this is a joke.

 

it would have been all fine and dandy, and wouldn't have been a big deal except he covers it up and lies about it ON TAPE! You heard him lying, he knew he broke the proper protocol and tried to cover it up. 5yrs in prison is steep! and the $7000 thing is just pure southern racism...thats rediculous.

oh wah wah wah.. asshole runs on a bike because he feels invincible... goes thru 2 states running... and an officer FINALLY gets the idea to set up a road block to stop him. He should have done it a lot sooner. This would be the same protocol for a roadblock for a car.. so stop screaming "wahhhhh cops a mean to bikers.. wahhhhh" It's a little give and take here guys... you ride a bike because it's an enormous advantage to flee any cop that attempts to stop you... you run the risk of getting a little more hurt when you wreck it. Anyone that says he shouldnt have tried to stop A BIKE that way, only a car is ignorant. Get a life.. stop trying to defend stupid shit being done. You run on a bike, your now endangering me (as a normal private citizen going to the movies with my family) so you dont get a speeding ticket. Well fuck him. Police are on the streets to help make sure assholes like this cant hurt anyone else but themselves for their own stupidity.. and thats what he did.

SO... + 1 for the officer for stopping him, + 1 for not getting himself or anyone else hurt besides the jackass on the bike, and + 1 for this guy getting the book thrown at him for his ass clown stunt to avoid a speeding ticket.

 

assclown was yelling about his hurt leg... obviously he would not need cpr if he could yell that he hurt his leg.

 

and that everybody is how cops really think.... not just this one.

they are above the law and will cover for one of there own no matter what they do.


i have such a hard time hiding my hate for them..but i try.

also in his post you can see the real reason why cops think we ride bike... to them its all about running from them.


I'm sure he really believes that we all have bikes because it makes running from the law easier... there for its just fair for them to crash us.
