i dont think that sentence is fair. He didnt hurt anyone.

 

I'd be surprised if you can find a post where Cecil types, "FTP."
In fact, he posted a while ago about how he pulled over for FHP on Big Red and was let go with a warning.
It comes down to the individual, not the forum as a whole.

People now im not defending Jon Herlong, jon and i were friends at one time then we had a few scuffles and dissagreements and he is now nothing to me. But i will say one thing back when he got caught for all the thefts and Racketteering alot of people were sentenced and spent there time in state prison.Granted he was given the lowest sentence out of everyone in the group for working for law enforcement (snitching) he still did time. Basically what im trying to say is you people are praising law inforcement as if hes going to prison for stealing bikes."He got 21 years for cocaine showing up in his system".

 

I say they should have just cut his arms off at the shoulders and left him on the steets. Costs too much Tax $$$$'s to incarcerate him.
Id even let them use my machete.

Glad he's in jail, but 21 years is a bit harsh for violating probation. Maybe 5 at most would have reasonable.

 

dude if you're on probation you should know that if you fuck up they're going to throw you in jail for whatever they can. How the hell can you justify his actions, doing cocaine is illegal, stealing bikes is illegal (esp with 46 charges), violating probation is a no no. I think he got what he deserved.

 

Ask him what happened the next night...
