We are all worried for Bart, and want you to stay strong and pleasant as you have always been.
As for making complaints I have done 2 now and thought I should let you know how it goes. STAY CALM, this is your strongest weapon. The complaint does get logged and they will do an internal inquiry. Someone will call you for specifics. KEEP THE STORY (THE TRUTH) ABSOLUTELY STRAIGHT. Write it down perfectly before you start. DO NOT WAIT. DO IT NOW. You may get more than one call. Sadly, in the end, they will most likely find that there is not enough proof on your part to warrant an entry on his record. DON'T LET THIS DETER YOU. IT IS WORTH IT. The next guy (which you may very well be) will continue to show that this POS is having some sort of mental issues and may need some counseling. NOW you have begin to get under HIS skin by costing HIM some mental aguish.

If you feel that you have been caused serious mental aguish, or that the officers actions may have hindered the proper attention to Bart, you may consider a lawyer. I will pitch in for an initial consultation. I am fed up with getting pissed on by these wicked, mentally unstable people, because that's all they are.

when i had my accident, the cop came to the hospital to drop off the ticket, my dad nearly ripped his head off, and i think he would have did it if my cousins werent there to hold him back, he almost took another head off, when he went to collect my stuff at the hospital thing, they told himn no, that i would have to come down my self, to pick my stuff up

keep in mind, i lapsed at the scence,once in the ambulance, and by that time they have taken off my left leg, my right femur is fucked, and i am in critical,unstable.

but on a side note, i am pretty sure that prick went and dropped off the ticket(s) is he was being that much of a dick at the scence

 

i have had good and bad expriances with cops, i have gotten off of alot of tickets, and out of alot of deep shit by showing respect and just str8 up being honest,
but i have just had a really shitty experiance with one, and it really sucked.
so yes, fuck the popo,the ones with ego power trips cause they have a nice shinny piece of metal , but i will still side with the good ones, and the ones that show respect.

 

+1 if this isnt the first time the cop had complaints your complaint may be the one that pushes the dept to do a full scale investigation on him and suspend him without pay till its done. Be smarter than him stay calm and hit him where it hurts, in the pocket. Dont go in there like some 14yr old gang banging punk hollering and screaming a bunch of slang cause they'll never take you seriously. Good luck with it man

 

Agreed , handle it professionally , and if you feel up to it , your statement to the police department could be notarizd....Might cost like 10 bucks , but well worth it for them to take u seriously

 

Man I don't know what I'm going to do with this fuckwad. I do not know whether or not the cop dropped off the tickets. I will find out tomorrow after work. I don't know any of the cop's info, or the EMT's. I was in such a state of fury that even if I got it I wouldn't have remembered it. Hindsight's 20/20 ya know. However if he does give him a ticket I will most likely file a complaint.

 

even still its public info as to who responded to the accident and who wrote the case file up you can go to the pd and get all that info if you really want. But its your call
