there are good and bad cops, just as there are good and bad people...what that cop did was uncalled for...there was no "To serve and protect" in anything he did, and you were right to feel the way you felt and it was an admirable act to not have swung on him...but also remember the night we were out there, and PP rolled through and shot the shit for a minute or two, then did a little 100+ fly by, that guy was cool, and didnt have a power trip cause he had a gun and badge.

 

i know exactly whats going on, the fucking cop came to the hospital to drop off the ticket.

One would think you would at least have to be conscious to get a ticket! This cop is on a power trip. Like I said in my first post get his badge number and file a complaint. To serve and protect is one thing, but to be a heartless prick is another!

i hope you follow up with a report to his supervisor, at least it will give him a minute of "oh my God someone actually followed up on me."

I've had my trouble with Cops, and I would have to say that I lost my respect for cops a LONGGG time ago. Even Troopers.

 

Ok woah woah woah..... was that an assumption , or did that asshole really go to the ER to drop off a ticket....Somneone with facts please clarify this before i start flipping my lid and making calls....cause of so , that is complete and utter bullshit... Matt , if so , call me....

as for the cop sorry about it.... fucking sux that out of a 100 threads on cops maybe 2-3 are good stories.

 

Ok Ok Ok i feel you on the ass hole what a dick you should have gotten his badge # and gone to his superior, you guys forget that they're here for you they work for you!!!! Now i'm not a cop but am on the same side of the law as them majority of the time, and i have to work with a couple of guys just like this. And it sucks when ass holes like this get power cause the only thing they know what to do with it is trip over it!!!!! I would say 10 -15% of cops are complete ass holes, and the reason he's being like this is cause some biker (wether it be harley or sport) ran from him or fucked his old lady and he's just using the vonirability (sp??) to get his licks in for them making him feel like he has a small penis!!!!

I used to ride with a stunt group out of key west and i'll tell you half of it was Key West pd and monroe county sheriff's the other half was Military, we only had 3 locals that rode with us. I can feel your pain on the ass hole cop but if you want to beat him go to his superior and let him know how he was acting at the scene of a tramatic accident, his job is crowd control and keeping people calm not stirring the pot.

 

everytime i hear of storys like this it makes me think about Harold and Kumar go to white castle when the cop writes him up for j-walking
