Yah , the offense is called , Exhibition of Speed... I got nailed at frontage last year doing a 2nd gear stand up....They hit me with that and wreckless endangerment.. thank god my lawyer was worth the money...EOS is a felony , and they can issue that offense for anything , ranging from a burn out , to rapid acceleration , or speeds of 5mph+ if they think u had faster intent... Its a bullshit offense..

well i think they all got "racing on highway" tickets.
this one you can get for anything...they wrote about 30 one night to a group of cars setting in a parking lot out by big top, a year or so ago.
no lawyer i found really wants anything to do with fighting them either...
