Is the frame in good condition?
Why would someone need a power of attorney? A power of attorney is a legal arrangement that allows you to take actions for another person.....what person would you need to take actions for? (Special and General POAs are a PITA, General POAs are just straight up dangerous as a side note).

the bike belongs to andrew salerno...which means according to the state of florida it can only be released to him or his power of attorney. i realize this is a strange case because he is no longer alive...but we have to hold the bike for 30 days before taking the necessary steps to own the bike. his sister has called our office and she had considered making some arrangements...but i haven't heard anything since.
i'm sure the bike has 300-400 dollars worth of parts on it...although i don't know if the frame is in good shape. honestly, i wouldn't trust a frame that hit the back of an SUV at 140mph...but that is just me. things like the brakes, the rotors...etc..are all parts that look to be in decent shape.

Very sad....take it easy out guys and gals.....definitely seems to be happening alot lately...RIP
