good read. man i dont want them to get rid of shifting.... wtf i love shifting.

the fly by wire.... i was unaware of this. is it basically just electronic throttle, from what i gather from that read. is it just as responsive?

the 06 r6's are fly by wire from what i'm told.


it can be way better than a normal cable but only if the programing is right

i read a whole list of them somewhere, most were just to change the response depending up what rpm band your in and if tied into a lean angle sensor it can soften it up when leaned wayy over on the tire. make it nicer to match revs during down shifts..


all kinds shit open up to them.
