Oh the driver of the LS,was a younger/black cop.I think I have seen him work the door at Green Iguana.

 

i thikn cops appreciate it when you stop....ive been pulled over 3 and never got a ticket and the cop was real cool....i got cought doin 75 in a 35 and the cop was following me the whole way on patterson....when i came to the stop sign at tarpon he puled me over but was real cool and talked to me forever about bikes and safe riding...i have more tickets in my truck than i do on my bike. some cops are cool...but there are some that are complete dicks.

 

Sorry to hijack but does it cost anything to take the written test to get a permit?

free,but if you have to take it more than 2 times I think they charge you liek $7. theres 25 questons,You can fail like 5 out of 25.I missed 2 and passed on the first time.

The permit is good for 90 days,and you can get it 5 times.
Keep in mind they can take you to jail and most likely will if you dont have a permit or endorsemnet.Its a second degree misdiminor,and they will impound bike./

 

Glad to hear you had a "good" run in with the 5.0. Hopefully him letting you off and telling the story will help everyone take it easier out there Which will protect and serve the public way more than a few hundred dollars going in the coffers. I think he did his job (serve and protect), don't you guys?

DUDE i seem him right on front of u and i took off at the light like fullspeed cuz i thought there was gona be another one coming for me...
