Only if I know the person REALLY REALLY welland have ridden with them MANY times before!!! Passing in the twisties is uncalled for on anyone else. If you are that much faster you will get them coming out onto a straight. Plus remember this.... the responsibility of a clean pass is always on the person doing the passing not the other person about to get passed.

+1, I have never passed, nor will I in the twisties - but so far as getting passed, which does happen frequently to me - it's always been on the straights - and I've always waved them up past me. : )

passing in the twisties is just plain dumb. A) there is not enough room in ONE lane to make a pass around a corner B) going into the other lane to pass is down right dumb as that is how people get hit head on by cars.

There really is no reason to pass in a corner unless you can verify there is nothing coming. If someone tried to pass me in a corner and we went down I kid you not, he would NOT have to worry about being dead from the crash cause I would probably come damn near close to killing the squid.

Passing on a corner on the streets is just plain stupid. Track = different story.

Some guy about took me and himself out on Weatherly trying to do that shit. He went off roading but staying up right. Needles to say I checked out after that.

Does it affect you that much that some random guy 1500 miles away went and paid his own money for a 1000?
Do we really have to fight over who uses the back brake or not?
Do you have to argue over stupid pointless shit on the Internet?

I agree.

If I was behind someone slower than me I wait until the next stop before making a move...its not that far to the next waiting point and I can still enjoy the corners by dropping back a little so I can set my own speed through the corner. Just because someone is in front of you riding a little slower than you can does not mean you have to pass them to ride at your normal pace.
