Yeah, Dunlops suck.

I wouldnt nessecarily switch them just because everyone says they are shit. They might be fine for your riding style. The thing to remember about the Dunlops is "Heat". Always make sure they have plenty of heat in them before getting saucy through the twisties. Run them bitches in the ground and them get a new set. When you buy new tires, stay away from Dunlop. I have some D208's on a Buell That I've had issues with while cold (especially with the front locking up when it's cold), but as long as you get plenty of heat in them, they are okay.

stay away from the Dunlops..B/C If you have to get them warm and it takes that much longer than others tires...stick with the Michelin like i told you...if you decide to stick with them ride normal and not crazy when coming out of the garage or you might end up telling us how much damage your sweet bike has

Everything is relative... the Dunlops are light-years more advanced than the ones we ran years ago.
Like DB said... know that they require a little heat before they get sticky and ride them out.

They just don't seem to have feedback like the other brands. (Michelin, Pirelli)

From my personal experience, after switching from Dunslops the bike was more confidence inspiring.

Mine seem to not be progressive at all, it's either slip or grip. I've already had two scares while decelerating into a corner, the tail just started wagging. I had to stand it back up and regain my composure. Both times this happened before i had it leaned over, i was was just tipping in to the turn when it happened.

i was looking to see if something of that nature happened to anybody else cuz it happened to me yesterday as i was leaving my neighborhood. i got to the 1st corner that i always take and the bike just went out from under me for no reason at all. i mean im sure there was a reason but i took the corner the same as i always do. i wasnt leaning hard nor was i going fast, i was just making a normal turn at a normal speed and the bike just flew out from under me...almost like i hit ice on the road or something. there was no sand/leaves/oil and my neighbors that saw what happened said they just saw the bike go one way and me another way. i wasnt going fast so i just scrapped my knee a little and the bike has 2 minor scratches and a bent front brake lever. thank god the worst that happened was the 2 scratches cuz im sure it could have ended up a lot worse, but i do not feel comfortable riding on these tires anymore since i have felt it slide a couple times and i finally went down. guess my slip-on money is going towards new tires and my tire/wheel replacement through suzuki just became worthless to me since all they replace is dunlops.

o btw LuckyH. from my experiences you should change them before you go down. i ignored people warning me about them and i also ignored the couple of times i felt it slipping, till i payed the price. now i wish i would have switched earlier...

i hated mine....

no matter how much heat i put in them they still sucked at the end of the ride just like at the start.

plus they moved around if i ran over a yellow line in the road....

corsa's don't and rain is night and day different.
