my cousin and uncle seen the pics, and my dad told me there were tears in there eyes when they got done, and by no means, are they weak people, so i could only think of how bad the pics are. but after the holidays, i think i am going to go by the office and pick the stack up, and take a look. after that i will post the pics up

i remember what my arm looked like from hte accident so seeing the pics were no problem. it really makes apprciate the work my doctor did to me, i really do owe him my life for saving my arm. i posted the pics up here for all the people who think they are invinciable on thear bike. shit happens. but as far as my motion and what not ive got back more than my doctor ever expected and its only been 7 months. right around the year mark i will go back in for surgery. i have to have some more tendons piut in my arm for my thumb. i cant give a thumbs up right now. but after that starts the plastic surgery. my doc says he can get rid of my scar with a ballon techniquie by strecthing the skin if anyone is familiar with that. i dont know if i am going to get that done. i almost like having the scar there, its reminder to be careful. as far as my riding career, ive got back on a bike but i will not purchase another one. i want to live a long time and since this accident i have a whole new outlook on life. ive had thought of a track bike but as far as on the street....you wont see me.

i think alot of docters are just over shooting the recovery time, i wasnt suppose to step foot out the hospital for a year, 10 months into it, im walking just about perfect, back a work a little, and just get back to day to day shit. they did do good work, the docters i had were bad ass too, i thank alot to them for saving my entire right leg, and atleast saving my knee on my left leg

wsg0023 and Elements... you two are freakin tough as nails.

Thank you for sharing your experiences... though very tragic, your loss may work to keep another from experiencing the same hardship.

Semper Fidelis!

And be safe out there folks... it only takes a second to drastically change your life forever. And as we have seen this week... sometimes, that may be your last second.

I feel ya brother.... it doesn't feel natural to see pics like these... especially of yourself.

Glad to hear you are still making tremendous progress on your recovery.

Hang-in-there
