Just as a reference, I ran a 11.10 on my bud's stock F4i with a less than stellar 1.9 60' time. No matter what people say, they are NOT slow bikes by any means.

The body style of the F4i changes beginning in '04 I believe. Once Honda determined the RR would be their official "race bike" they had to differentiate the f4i from the RR because they both looked similar and were the same size. Now the f4i isn't as sporty. If I wasn't too busy I'd go find a picture of the 01-03 in comparison to the new F4i. They definitely used the banana seat on the new f4i and is hideous (IMO).

well i am 5'11 and 225lb and i have been riding mine for over a year and i still get scared by it in times. off and i drive an f4 (carbed) no matter what anyone on here says the f4/f4i's are excellent starter bikes and overall bikes. i know people who have been riding for years and they just buy newer f4i's and sometimes the 600rr too.
