well for those of you who may not know i am fixing the clutch yet again on my bike. well i get it together and i wanna ride it down the street to adjust the clutch. so i hop on the bike and i ride to the end of the street wich is 4 houses down. just so happens po po going by and he turns around. well flashing light . no shit. i am not 3 houses away from my house. no wallet/no helmet/ no eye pertection. i procede to tell the ass when he ask for my liscence and i tell him let me walk to my car which is right there and get my wallet . that was why i was turning around. okay go get it. then he ask for my insurance. i tell him it isn't fiananced so i don't need it. he says no for not wearing a helmet you need 10000 body injury coverage. i tell him well under my car insurance i do and i am 25 years old which i believe means i don't need it. he then tells me to stay right there. okay. he comes back and i tell him i always wear a helmet. i was only testing the bike because i fixed it not 5 minutes ago. feel it is still cold and i still have oil all over me. he didn't have to be a dick and give me the ticket. i was right there and hadn't even made it far from the house.
only lucky thing was there were no points with it. otherwise it would have been bye bye liscence.

ya i had the same shit.. but on a moped.. he let me go home free tho..

 

no eye protection. he didn't even know how much the ticket would be. he said i don't normally write tickets but i think it is 70 dollars.

ohh in case anyone wondered. no i did not speed no i did not wheelie. hell i was barly ideling and shifting throught the gears to make sure they all worked. possiable speed was 5 mph because my speedometer doesn't really register that low.

 

I would take that shit to court, thats some fuckin bs....I would argue it and say you just went right down the street 50ft to test somthing and u were about to turn around because you forgot your glasses...

 

if its not any points i would just pay it because it is the law and the judge will always side with the cop thinking he must have some reason to write it up.

but this is why you never do like frank says and just pay your tickets.(the points ones anyways) you always let a lawyer deal with them. even if you were in the wrong and should have got one. because there's times like these when you shouldn't even have been given a 2nd look.
