I'm sure you don't really need one but ty is only a 100$ to deal with everything for you.

don't know how tight you are on money but I've always thought it was worth it just to not have to deal with taking a day off work for court.

license and reg all in order with both on me, my front wheel never came up and my rear wheel never spun. I got screwed because some corporal pulled up looked at my street bike and me then told the original officer to take me to jail and refused to even talk to me. Before that I was right about to sign the ticket and leave.

well he was doing an estimated 40 mph over the speed limit which is considered reckless. they can jail you for reckless driving. as far as taking it to court this is how it will go down.

they will lie and you will be SOL. however if you can find a friend that somehow saw that you were not doing what they claim you were doing and willing to testify to it in court(regardless of truth) you might have a shot. but as it stands your word against theirs and they probablly will say you were wheelieing or driving erratic too.

I know someone who was arrested for having bought a car and did not have it registered yet .... Wait roll back, he got a ticket for speeding and didn't have it registered. Then since he was issued a ticket for speeding and no registration he had to go to court. He missed the court date so a warrant for his arrest was issued. 2 cops showed up at the house and took him to jail, for failure to appear in court to show the car was registered in his name.

Retarded

I mean seriously ? There are so many drug dealing, doped up, hoodrat, no good mother fuckers running around and dodging the court system and police and they don't get shit .. but !!!! stupid stuff like this lands you in jail and paying hefty hefty fines
