yes it could be wet sanded and buffed but there is not need to since you cant see the orange peel in the parts cause of the reflection. It will not give it anymore shine but i havent tried it to see.

Yes wheels can be done

Well of course you can see the orange peel. If i couldn't see it in the pics why would i have asked that question? If you havn't actually wet sanded and buffed any parts how can you claim that it can be done?
