we im my case the tire is not the issue. I rode his bike, 2005 r6 and i still suck at it ..
guess i just need more pratice
im gonna try what moldyhands sugessted.

seriously though, if your tire needs replacing, you should replace it. regardless of what your issue is with turning at low speeds. it may not bother you at low speeds, but it could seriously affect you at higher speeds.
