got pulled over
ok I was on my way to gandy last night and I has a temp tag on my bike it blew off I guess coming over the bridge so I stopped @ race track to get gas when I noticed it. I go inside to get a piece of cardboard write lost tag an put all the info off my registration paper on the cardboard. so I proceed to gandy when I get pulled over by a sheriff and he gave me a $75.50 non moving violation ticket of improper placement of a tag can I fight it. I could of said fuck it and rode without a tag but I didn't want trouble. input please don't know what to do.

Non moving violations usually get thrown out if you correct the problem and take pictures of it to present to the judge. No big deal.

Dont worry about it.... Its not ur fault and when you go to court tell them what happend and they will throw it out.
I dont understand why cops give these useless tickets.... Just going to waste their time when you take them to court.

Oh andi got the same ticket a while back but it was for having my plate mounted behind my tire (and i had the plate bent in half so you cant read)
All i had to do was go to the sheriff office and pay $4 and i showed them that i mounted it right...
Then went home and put it back. Non moving violations arent shit. Dont worry.

Not anymore... they get a court subpoena... And i heard they get in trouble for not showing...

its not the problem of me paying it. i dont understand y i got the ticket. if i didnt have a tag i may have been worse. wtf im not going to let a cop bully me. i was a cop in the air force i know some tricks
