If you can't get a allen scocket in there you my be able to cut off a regular allen wrench and put that in the bolt and get a wrench on that. Preferably something like a gear wrench, if you can get one that small. I would put lock washers on there too.

kinda looks like how i had to put the carbs on the z1. but ur lucky u have other ways around it. on mine theres only one way todo it.. it took me over a hr to put 1 srew/bolt in.
