Do your shoes get dirty?
All the shoes I ride with get a damn stain on the toe where the shifter sits. It's such a pain in the ass I stopped wearing white shoes and just wear a certain pair of nikes that I don't mind getting too dirty.

just got some new adidas shoes for X-mas....too bad they're already getting dirty from the shifter but i got a nice pair of k-swiss which will NEVER touch the bike
