Default resinking carbs .... how????

i just got my first bike... i gotta do some work to it , but before i bought it i was told that it was dropped so the carbs were out of sink... i have never heard of that... how do i resinchronize 4 carbs... do i need to have someone mess with the linkeage? it runs fine but when you get on it at about 2500-3300... it hesitates for a sec , i was thinking it was just boggong down but dont know anything about a sport bike so i dont know how they are supposed to act... when it gets above that and hits the power band its gone.............. literally.. any thoughts.... oh and the owner said the carbs were just rebuilt...

im pretty sure that would be the jetting. that was a matter with my bike also. You just have to keep messing with it. My buddy eric works on bikes. 352 208 0910 and has a dyno to get it right?

how much does he charge? the guy i bought it from said it came with a jet kit, he said it started running different after he dumped it, so unless it unlodged some small piece of debris i dont think it would be the jets , but thanks for the input... what shop does your friend work at , i probably need the bike looked over...

check everything.. your coils, plug wires, plugs, check all ur fuses.

the carbs should be all tied in. when u give it gas see if all the carb open the same. do u have airfilters or a airbox?..

If it is indeed the jetting and not that the carbs need to be resyncronized then you would need to have a dyno with an air/fuel meter and an experienced dyno tech. Like the one R&R performance has. 813.662.9850
