New toy. need opinion

I had a 99 cbr wich i sold and i am in the market for a new bike. Alot of people are pushing me twoards yahmaha and kawasaki. I want to stay around 900cc. So i am asking wich company makes the best performance for cornering and full range acleration.

imo stick to honda. or kawasaki, yama then suzuki -- i never ridden the last 2 brands- but i never forget that last suzuki i owned...

I'd go with the yamaha the new r1 kicks ass, I mean all of the liter bikes are pretty fast but yamaha's are known for having great balance, but any of them would be a good choice except the kaw...... aren't those things exploding these days.
