Funny how some/most people hate. I'd certainly take this 996 over a new 636. Not even a contest. Yeah guys will say that its a penis extention, but think i'll care as i have their girl friends bobbing on the twig 'n berries?

Valve adjustment? So why isn't the TL or the RC held with such distain from you guys? Oh that's right, the guys that choose to ride those v-twins ride them for the love of it all, as opposed to the duc riders, right? From the few friends that have ducs they seem to ride more than some of you guys. And as it goes for v-twins they are actually less maintenance intensive than say the TL where you have to retorque every nut and bolt after every ride. Why is everyone hat'n on the Ducati?

Ducs are cool no matter what. The Kawi 636 is freakin tight! (it's what I bought, lol). Since you can afford a Duc, bring your car and keys hand them to me and you can ride my bike....crash it and you buy it though....only rule.

but just to toss some shit in the fire to stink it up a bit more, Italian Engineering vs. Japanese. Depends on what you want. Reliable, cheap, and good build quality go Jap, but if you want SEXY, EXOTIC, SEXY, BEAUTIFUL, AND SEXY then def Ducati is where its at.

Its like Honda Civic vs. Ferrari 360 Spyder.
