well its not really like the frame is completely twisted and the bike is totaled. Its just the subframe. It happens to bikes alot more than most people think. Fixing the subframe is alot better than the bike frame itself being messed up.

Besides if I get the subframe on ebay or r1-forum.com for $150-$200, and get it rewelded, the value of the bike would be worth alot more, say roughly $5000.

I will post new pics of the subframe. It appears it can be bent back in place.
I need to sell this, it is just sitting in my garage.

the subframe is the aluminum frame underneath the seat. It is welded on for the older Yamahas, and the newer ones they can just snap into place.
I posted some new pics for everyone to see it really isn that bad.
To fix it you can bend it back into place, or buy a new one and have it welded on.
The bike does run, I need to recharge the battery, but in its current state, it would be tough to sit on the seat, you will be sitting on it crooked.

Good deal, but I personally suggest you take care of the sub frame problem, Cause not alot of people really understand what that is or means. Just get that done and sell it, the AD will look a hell of alot more appealing to buyers without the word FRAME in it. Good luck on sale.
