Jeremy always takes great pictures. He posts them up at floridaracing.org. There's a link in his signature.

When is the next rallycross? I have a more appropriate rallycross vehicle now, so I'm ready!

... and I've trimmed the arch that killed my tire, so I'm looking forward to the next event as well.

That's a tricky question to answer. Jeff likes rallycross. He doesn't like the frustrations that come along with it. This last event was particulary bad. The only way that I can see it being worth it forhim to hold another event is if 20 people agree on a date and prepay prior to him even going to the track with the proposal. If that could happen along with some help setting up the event, then he may want to hold another event. I could be wrong.

This may help. I met the new SCCA CFR RE a few weeks ago. He was telling me that the SCCA wanted to do RallyCross in this region. I thought I heard Jeff mention at one time, that his events use SCCA insurance?

I don't know how all this works but it may mean that we may have more opportunity to Rally Cross. I don't know how closely Jeff works with the SCCA, if at all, but it seems that if they got together then it could benefit all.

I used to co-event with SCCA, but their regulations and required membership was scaring more people away then it was attracting. if CFR wants to hold an event I'll help, but I'm not running it for them.

I looked at starting up some SCCA events, and it's really a pain. I think supporting Jeff's current effort is the way to go. You mentioned you've had better turnout in the past; what was the difference? (other than obamanomics, I mean...)
