it 'can' be quick, but it's very unpredictable, so when it works right, you come out of the hairpin well, but generally don't.
also, it tends to hurt you ability to accelerate out of the turn because you have to wait for the rear settle and regain traction before you can get on the gas.
It's fun, but if you want to be consistently fast, learn to do it the right right way..

blah to the ebrake BS. i came flying in, got about 90% on the brakes, locked the wheel and accelerated out and stayed about 3" from the grass everytime/

rainman, what you are ignorant to is that i used it as a trail-brake style entry... not ot lock up the tires. i didnt cluth in, just pulled up in first, set the rear brake which changes the weight-transfer and the car's attitude goes straight from one wheel wonder to instant oversteer.
