Accelerator brake and clutch pedals may utulize substitute covers of unresistricted origin shape and size provided they meet the following req: covers must be securely attached provide a non-slip surface not interfere with each others operations and be deemed safe at Tech inspection.
Im going to laugh my ass off when he shows up in a Civic with Indiglo pedal covers and kicks your $30000 Cobra all over the place. Gezz lighten up!
Lenny real drivers heel-toe. Maybe thats why your $30000 cobra can barely beat my 215hp GT.
but really in a car with gears (not tall ones like fords) changing gears is a necessity and on REAL autoX courses (MUCH UNLIKE GAINESVILLE WHERE WE DRIVE A SHORT ROAD COURSE BASICALLY) you change gears from 1st to 2nd pretty often. At least NON SLOW drivers do like oh Jesse in his Protege who is at LEAST 2 seconds faster than BOTH our Mustangs.

1. You forget your gears are tall. I have 3.27s (granted 4.10s would be optimal but Im not interested in killing my gas mileage).
2. You are comparing your time on R compound tires to mine on street tires. Lets wait until the next GIR event and well see where I stand now that I have the Kumhos...
3. And lets be honest about it... neither of us is changing gears at GIR so heel toe has nothing to do with it...
4. As I recall you cant even drive stick.... :spoke:
