We need to do a Gainesville event soon I am dying here.

I have been given full reign over Gainesville. I have to decide what dates we will have events here so not to coincide with State Fairgrounds events or VCC events... Its ok to crash Palm Bay events though because they rarely drive the 4 hours to come up.

I dont think there can be one in April because I just cant run it due to finals. BUT I can do:

4-5 of May (second weekend is FSF)
6-7 of July (second weekend is FSF)
last week of August since the first few weeks in Sept are National type events

let me know how this sounds to you guys and if youd want to come up to Gainesville still while having FSF events as well. The events could be other dates in the month I just want to allow Frank to pencil in some dates so people know to plan. AND allow us to advertise (we HAVE to have around 75 people each day to break event). I NOW have enough staff in Gainesville to run the full setup and tear down of the course. And if the Safety Stewards will stay around or IF I GET QUALIFIED there will be fun runs. FUN RUNS WILL BE ANNOUNCED BEFORE THE EVENT FROM NOW ON period.

thanks guys.

Go with the Kumhos VR700s if they are available..... they are WAY cheaper than the Yoks and from what Ive seen neither is arguably better....

Just my $.02
