I do want to be able to open the door. So that if we need to do troubleshooting to the ECU we can get to it easily. Plus I would like to be able to get a door on the car so that is it some what watertight. Currently the top of the window is about 1 inch away from the roof.

It doesnt need to be perfect. Im ok with a crease or dents in the rocker. I just would like to have a functioning door. So ill go with the pull it out idea.

We are taking time off untill the Feb Chumpcar at Homestead? Need to fix the door and there now is a cooling issue we need to find and address.

 

Yep, we were in on it. Loren (3000Gt40) and Barry (eurotrash) paid me at the track.

Seems like 4 out of the 5 teams are all (at minimum) top 10 LeMons contenders. One less penalty or engine problem and it seems like any one of us could beat the others. Makes for some great racing!

It's only been 3 days since getting back but I've already been scheming on what we could have done to make up that 24-lap deficit we had on the two Lightning Teams.

I went over to Taj's pit area on Friday to raz them about sinking the car but they were pretty busy and I don't think they reconized me because they didn't find humor in my comments. Wanted to go back over there when things settled down but never caught back up with them.

You guys (everyone from all 5 teams) want to get together maybe some time next week and have a post LeMons get together?

 

Yea we need to go out for drinks at some point..

Also who from the Black sheep team will be attending the Auto X this sunday at brooksville. I have added 3 names to the list but realized I dont know last names.
